Oregon State Tournament Qualifier

We couldn’t be prouder: a home-grown Oregon state qualifier, played right here in Roseburg. On January 23–24, 2027, teams from across the state come to the Roseburg High School gym to compete for a ticket to the Oregon State Championships in Salem — and our own kids get to chase that dream in front of their hometown crowd.

Why it matters

The road to Salem runs through Roseburg

Southern Oregon teams no longer have to head up I-5 to chase a state tournament bid. The Timber Town Classic is a local tournament in beautiful Southern Oregon, and every team that plays it is competing for a spot at the 2027 Oregon State Championships.

Hosting a qualifier at home means less time on the road, more family and friends in the stands, and a chance for Roseburg to show the rest of the state what Timber Town basketball looks like. We’re excited to welcome every program — and proud to see our own players compete on their home floor.

State Championships

Qualifying teams advance to the Oregon State Championships in Salem, played over three weekends:

  • February 19–21, 2027
  • February 26–28, 2027
  • March 5–7, 2027
